What we collect

HIIT 2 FIT is a single-trainer practice operated by Ernest Beckford in North Providence, Rhode Island. This website is a static brochure — it does not collect personal information on its own, does not set tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party analytics that profile you across the web.

If you contact us by phone or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share — your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your training goals or health context. That information is stored only in our personal phone and email accounts, used only to coach you, and never sold, traded, or shared.

Outbound links

Links from this site to third parties — social platforms, mapping services, share buttons — take you to systems with their own privacy policies. We don't control those.

Children

This site and these services are intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we have on file about you, and we will tell you. You can ask us to delete it, and we will. Email eclass.model.ez@gmail.com or call (401) 442-0809.

Changes

If we change this policy meaningfully, we'll update the effective date above and post a note here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
