"HIIT 2 FIT" refers to the personal training practice owned and operated by Ernest Beckford in North Providence, Rhode Island. References to "we," "our," and "us" mean the same.

Use of this website

This site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, read, and share it freely. You may not copy substantial portions of it, the writing, the photography, or the brand marks for commercial use without our written permission.

Everything on this site — including the nutrition calculator, blog content, and program descriptions — is educational. It is not medical, dietetic, or therapeutic advice. Coaching services

Coaching programs are contracted separately, in writing, between you and Ernest Beckford. Pricing, cadence, and cancellation terms live in that agreement — not on this site. We reserve the right to decline a coaching engagement at our discretion.

Liability

Training involves risk of injury. By engaging us as your coach you acknowledge that risk and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from your participation in training you chose to undertake.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
